Snow Day, Part 2

So, my neighbor is the nicest guy. He knows that A is gone at the moment, and I guess he is looking out for me. After I was called about no work today, and I put my previous post on, he came over while the plow truck was here and offered to move my car for me (since I wasn't exactly up and around enough to go play in the snow this morning) so the plow could get the majority of the snow removed from our parking spaces. Once that was done, he shoveled my front door out, since the snow plow left a burm. I might have to make him some cookies or something to thank him...

This first picture is out my front door, so you can see how much we have piled up between the snow plow and my shoveling...

This next one is a picture of the massive snow pile that they finally had to stop adding to since they don't have a bull dozer or a dump truck...

And, finally, we have a picture of the mailboxes. There was at least 3 feet of snow on the roof over the mailboxes at the time this picture was taken...

This is all supposed to turn to crap and mess once the rains start. I've heard that it is going to warm up above freezing and then turn to rain for Saturday and Sunday... It's a good thing that I don't have to go anywhere this weekend. Hopefully it won't be too bad come Monday...

Wow, that is some serious snow. I'm glad your neighbor is helping out while A is away.
